User Responsibilities
You agree:

Not to use the platform for spam

Not to send unlawful content

Not to impersonate others

Not to misuse Facebook data

To comply with Facebook Developer Policies
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged monthly unless stated otherwise.
Payments are non refundable except where required by law.
Limitations
Social Brainstorm is not liable for:

Revenue loss
-
Missed leads
-
Platform downtime
-
Third party outages (Facebook, Instagram, Twilio, n8n, Vapi, Google, etc)
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate:

Anti spam laws
