Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to request deletion of your data from the Social Brainstorm system or the Facebook connected app, follow the steps below.

Steps for Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to hello@socialbrainstorm.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

  2. Include the following:

    • Your full name

    • The email connected to your account

    • Any Facebook Page IDs connected to the app

  3. We will remove:

    • All account data

    • Facebook data received via permissions

    • AI agent logs

    • CRM or automation logs

  4. Your data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours.

If you have multiple accounts or multiple Facebook pages connected, please list each one.
